Understanding Our Refund Terms & Conditions
1. General Policy
All payments made on MinVisor are final and non-refundable, except as outlined below.
By making a payment, you agree to this policy.
2. Eligible Refund Scenarios
Refunds may be considered only in the following cases :
- Service Not Delivered (e.g., Expert did not respond or attend the session)
- Technical Failure(e.g., platform error preventing completion of service)
- Duplicate Payment
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days.
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
No refunds will be provided for :
- Dissatisfaction with advice or outcomes
- Change of mind after booking
- Failure to attend scheduled session (no-show)
- Partial usage of services
- Delays caused by User
4. Cancellations
- Users may cancel before confirmation for a full refund
- Once a session is confirmed, cancellations may not be eligible for refunds
- Rescheduling is subject to Expert availability
5. Dispute Resolution
All refund requests must be submitted to: info@minvisor.com
MinVisor reserves the final right of decision in all cases.
6. Abuse of Policy
MinVisor reserves the right to :
- Deny refunds in case of abuse
- Suspend accounts engaging in repeated refund claims
