Understanding Our Refund Terms & Conditions

1. General Policy

All payments made on MinVisor are final and non-refundable, except as outlined below.

By making a payment, you agree to this policy.

2. Eligible Refund Scenarios

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases :

  • Service Not Delivered (e.g., Expert did not respond or attend the session)
  • Technical Failure(e.g., platform error preventing completion of service)
  • Duplicate Payment

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

No refunds will be provided for :

  • Dissatisfaction with advice or outcomes
  • Change of mind after booking
  • Failure to attend scheduled session (no-show)
  • Partial usage of services
  • Delays caused by User
4. Cancellations
  • Users may cancel before confirmation for a full refund
  • Once a session is confirmed, cancellations may not be eligible for refunds
  • Rescheduling is subject to Expert availability
5. Dispute Resolution

All refund requests must be submitted to:

MinVisor reserves the final right of decision in all cases.

6. Abuse of Policy

MinVisor reserves the right to :

  • Deny refunds in case of abuse
  • Suspend accounts engaging in repeated refund claims
