We act solely as an intermediary/facilitator between Users and Experts.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
By using MinVisor, you represent that :
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
- All information provided is accurate and complete
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to :
- Use the Platform only for lawful purposes
- Provide accurate information
- Not misuse, harass or abuse Experts
- Not record, distribute or exploit content without permission
You acknowledge that :
- Any reliance on advice is at your own risk
4. Expert Independence & No Liability
Experts on MinVisor are independent third parties and not employees or agents of MinVisor.
MinVisor:
- Does not endorse, verify or guarantee the accuracy of any advice
- Is not responsible for outcomes resulting from consultations
- Shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or consequences arising from reliance on Expert advice
This includes (but is not limited to) :
- Financial decisions
- Business decisions
- Health or wellness advice
- Legal or personal matters
5. No Professional Relationship
Use of the Platform does not create :
- Doctor-patient relationship
- Lawyer-client relationship
- Financial advisor-client relationship
Users are encouraged to seek licensed professionals where required.
6. Services & Interaction Formats
MinVisor may offer:
- Text-based consultations
- Audio or video calls
- Recorded video responses
- Live sessions or webinars
Interactions may be recorded and stored for quality, safety, and dispute resolution.
7. Payments & Fees
- Users agree to pay applicable fees for consultations
- Payments are processed via third-party payment providers
- Pricing is determined by Experts and/or the Platform
Refunds
- Fees are generally non-refundable, except in cases of:
- Failed service delivery
- Technical errors
- Discretionary approval by MinVisor
8. Cancellations & No-Shows
- Users and Experts must adhere to scheduled timings
- No-shows may result in forfeiture of fees
- Rescheduling is subject to platform policies
9. Content & Intellectual Property
- All platform content (branding, design, software) belongs to MinVisor
- Users may not copy, reproduce or distribute platform materials without permission
User Content
- You retain ownership of content you share
- You grant MinVisor a limited license to use it for platform operations
10. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to :
- Use the Platform for illegal purposes
- Share false, misleading or harmful information
- Attempt to bypass payments or transact outside the Platform
- Interfere with platform security or functionality
11. Suspension & Termination
MinVisor reserves the right to :
- Suspend or terminate accounts
- Remove content
- Restrict access
at its sole discretion, especially in cases of misuse or policy violations.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law :
MinVisor shall not be liable for :
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Any decisions made based on Expert advice
Total liability (if any) shall not exceed the amount paid by the User for the specific service.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MinVisor from any claims, damages, or losses arising from :
- Your use of the Platform
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your reliance on Expert advice
14. Data & Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Mumbai, Maharashtra].
16. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms
